| RE/MAX SunQuest celebrated its 20 Year Anniversary in 2004. Founded as
SunQuest Development Company in 1984, the RE/MAX franchise was purchased in
1986 and the following year the company was honored with the RE/MAX of
Michigan "Broker/Owner of the Year" Award for the State of Michigan. In
1989, the company purchased the building at its present location at 6255
28th St. S.E. in Cascade.
The name "SunQuest" was chosen to reflect the positive, enthusiastic and
motivating energy that is associated with the leadership and the 35+
independent contractors affiliated with the firm. In the spring of 2003, a
branch office of RE/MAX SunQuest opened in downtown Grand Rapids in the
Historic Heritage Hill area. An 1847, pre-Civil War, three story brick home
was originally built by Aaron Dikeman, Grand Rapid's first jeweler. With
five fireplaces and over 6,000 square feet, the downtown office at 300 East
Fulton on the corner of Lafayette, is also the perfect location for an art
gallery and frame studio.

constantly striving to advance their real estate careers by achieving
educational designations, such as the Certified Real Estate Brokerage
Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer

Sharing their success with the Children's Miracle Network at DeVos
Children's Hospital has been a special cause for this company for over ten
years. RE/MAX SunQuest hosts an annual Phone-a-thon and makes a donation
for every closing. This has helped raise over $300,000 for the Children of
West Michigan. In 2001, they were the winners of the CMN Office Award given
by RE/MAX of Michigan.
